Every Student Gets the Opportunity
to Showcase
1. Regional Expo
Students may choose to participate in the Regional Expo, State Convention, or both. Expos are in-person events.
March 10, 2025 - Registration opens for students participating in the Regional Expo and State Convention.
April 10, 2025- Application deadline for participating in the Regional Expo.
April 12, 2025 - In-person Regional Expo in your region of the Commonwealth (location TBD)
2. State Convention
Educators should encourage selected students to improve their submission based on feedback received at the Regional Expo. The State Convention will be held virtually.
April 21, 11:59 pm - Deadline for State application
April 21-27, 2025 - Virtual judging for State Convention
April 28, 2025 - Virtual award announcement
3. National Convention
A select number of students will get the opportunity to showcase in-person at the National Convention.
Educators should encourage selected students to improve their submission based on feedback received.
June 4-6, 2024 - The National Convention will be held in-person at the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation in Dearborn, Michigan.
Supporters are encouraged tune in and help celebrate all of our inventors at the awards ceremony on June 6.
